joh participants hai unko quote kar sakte hai kya ? Yes you can quote members from other teams, only condition is they shouldn't be from same ladder group as yours.

if member 1 comment in all team thread - 1st comment in 1st thread - this is clear...

but will the total number of comments in one thread (excluding team members ) counted...
