While the other person is not loud, not good at acting but at least good looking, so must be considered a good actor. For example Sonam Kapoor.
Her statement doesn't make sense but it's all about self-praise centered around herself.
I don't think that's what she means here.
She's not wrong when she says this imo because interesting rôles of character actors who will ultimately get praised will go to people who look ordinary.
