I can't believe it's been an entire year since the last film featuring a major star (Baaghi 3) released in theaters! And even now, no one has any idea when Sooryavanshi will release....

Just like you, I miss the entire experience, especially when a major event film would release in theaters. I would spend the entire day (on the film's opening day) checking tweets and watching videos about the film's WOM, critic reviews, box office collections....everything! And of course, the EXCITEMENT of watching big event films in theaters!!

I completely agree with your tweet. It's all set to be a big flop. Nothing attractive about it at all.

Most of the Bollywood actors and actresses who debuted after 2010 (except Ayushmann and Varun) are so dull. They have no star power to speak of.

@mintyblue I completely agree about dull stars in Bollywood debuting in the last decade or so. It really is depressing.....when I go through any music channel nowadays, all I see is a bunch of these newcomers dancing away and none of them are very impressive, especially Karthik Aaryan! Makes me really miss the 90s/2000s era of Bollywood....

It's sad that the industry still has to largely depend on the Khans to get those huge mega opening numbers, even as we are in the year 2021! Speak volumes about the failure of new talent.

@Maroon the opening isn't too bad given the pandemic and lack of big stars in the film, but the WOM seems poor so the film looks certain to crash...
