Let's just wait till the full report comes out...

But even then, wouldn't be surprised if many still claimed her (and everyone else involved) to be innocent

And just saying, people going blue in the face claiming Rhea and the others are 100% innocent are just as biased as those saying they're all guilty in some way, so the Rhea supporters should really drop their pretence of neutrality... truly neutral people would be saying "we don't know what happened" or "let's wait for the full report/ trial" not "she's innocent she's innocent she's innocent".

Well, in my country - it is innocent until proven guilty. The burden of proof is on the accuser not the accused. So by every rule and law right now, she is innocent. Believing that, is the very definition of neutrality.

Yes that is the law in my country too, innocent until proven guilty. But that rule is for the legal system, not the common public. Rules of that nature exist to prevent people accused of crimes being punished by police or courts before they are convicted, not to stop members of the public having an opinion.

Genuinely and fervently believing somebody to be innocent is not neutrality.

If there was any obvious, glaring proof against that person, I would understand this

But there is no proof whatsoever. And whatever flimsy social media proof was being provided by keyboard warriors gets debunked every other day. So pardon me for not crucifying a person just because I am not able to accept the reality

The fact that she was in fact sourcing banned substance for a person who is on heavy psychotropic medication and she very well was aware of the seriousness of his condition is not proof enough? Then she lies saying I wanted him to stop but madam was not only financing it but also involved her bro in it.

And this is just if we consider it was all for Sushant and he was the only one consuming bags of weed while everyone around him didn't even touch it.

These people were having elaborate discussion on types of hash in their drug group chat of which Ssr wasn't even part of but at the end they put entire blame on the person who can not even defend himself.

Yeah no need to crucify her or give her death or rape threats but why make her seem like innocent baby? She is responsible for her actions.

- They were all drug users. Definitely true based on whatsapp chats

- They lived off SSR (Probably - he was successful and fairly rich)

- She lied about trying to get him to quit. Fine. Its a lie told when you are pushed to the wall - uski GF hi thi. Ofcourse she is going to lie when the whole world has already decided that she is a killer. Her primary focus will be to get out of this shit instead of defending his honor and getting him justice.

So overall, She and her brother are being tried for using/peddling drugs. The amount of drug found with them is miniscule. They will serve jail for a few months at best. GUILTY as charged, case closed.

Coming to the second point, no one is saying she is an innocent baby. But she is definitely innocent as far as the abetment to suicide case is concerned. People kill themselves due to depression - you dont start going around arresting or even blaming people they were living with or were in touch with, because so less is known about this disease.

You bring up mental illness - but no one ever talks about MENTAL HEALTH when this case comes up. People who try to bring up this point are trolled and bashed and threated on social media, because it is not an answer they want to accept. Forget mental health. Look at the trolling faced by Ankita now. She was his ex and has moved on now with her life and gets severely trolled for that. Uski GF hi toh thi. That is my problem with this whole JusticeForSSR team - they got taken for a ride by the people in power and now that those people have satisfied their agenda and moved on, JFSSR team seems to be lost and direction-less. I don't know about others but from the start I have said I don't think it's murder and neither I believe any conspiracy stories. I even said I don't know exactly if Rhea's intention was to harm him but this doesn't change the fact that she has been way too problematic which might have even lead to worsening of his mental health and he needed better people around him.. About her being punished well that is something only court will decide and if she isn't directly responsible for the abatement like his family accused her of then she will get a clean chit anyway but that doesn't mean people can't hate or call her out.

All the chaos created by Right wing media was to attack Bwood and opposition political parties and this lead to Rhea being attacked mercilessly and resulted in all this sympathy wave for her. I don't care if you feel bad about her being attacked and called murderer but what irks me is that people have made her this innocent baby girl who was hated by his family for no reason...Don't paint the situation black and white...What happened between his family and Rhea only they know but one thing is sure that they felt she was a bad influence and were worried about his well being even before this tragedy happened. Neither any of his friend could get through him when Rhea and gang was around..I mean itna bhi loner nahi tha he had a bunch of very close friends who he lost contact with as soon as she came in his life..there are many other actions of her which have been questionable. It was far from love dovey relationship Rhea has portrayed in her interviews.

PS: I don't care about what NCB says or do because at the end of the day we know this is forced investigation and they are just collecting the scrapes they got.
