PC and Rani are not drop dead gorgeous but they do have something that makes them stand out from the crowd. I will say they are both above average. PC has always had a good body her body is not a gym honed one like the current good bodies..Rani's eyes and smile are really attractive.

Karisma, Alia, Kajol are average lookers who can look above average with the right makeup and grooming.

Kajol, Priyanka, Rani, Sonam, Vidya, Alia, Shraddha, Kangana, Bhumi, Ileana, Jacqueline, Disha, to name some.

PC was average? 🤓

She won Miss world. She had both beauty and brains.👏

Also, Lolo was NEVER average looking. She was just the victim of bad styling in her early 90s films.

Same for Kajol. Although, Kajol was never conventionally beautiful but she looks FAR better today than her contemporaneous from the 90s like Juhi, Madhuri, Manisha and even Karisma .

In fact all actresses mentioned are beautiful in their own ways, and had their individual spunk in them. That's why they succeeded.

According to me, Alia, Kajol, Karisma, Rani and PC come to mind. Though personally I LOVE Rani and PC in looks, they have that X-factor acc. to me which makes up for average features.

Rani & PC are beautiful. Karishma is pretty too, post her plastic surgery.

Alia, Kajol, Parineeti are average looking IMO.

Most of them are average looking except Aishwarya, Sonali Bendre, and a couple other names I can't be arsed to remember at the moment.

Those who looked below average but made it "big" by hook or by crook - Alia.

Speaking of Karishma and Kareena, they both look manly at best ... but I guess the white skin color really does compensate for their manly features at least in bollywood.

Even Katrina doesn't look that great if you ask me. You can point at a random white girl walking in the streets in the US and she'll probably look better. White skin really takes you places in Bollywood, I must say.... and a bit of luck. But I admit that she has a banging body, works hard and has improved a lot over the years, especially her dancing skills and props to her for still hanging around and staying relevant.

I have seen Kareena irl twice - she is anything but average looking. Even if she weren't an actress, she can make heads turn.

I haven't actually bumped into any one of them in real but going off movies/pics, I don't find Kareena attractive at all ... same goes for Karishma, although I think Karishma is a tad bit prettier than Kareena. I also think that heads turn no matter how you look if have access to the best wardrobe, hair salon, facials and mani-pedis cuz grooming makes a whole lot of difference too. Whatever the case, I'll end it off with the overly cliched saying that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. 😆 That always applies.
