In 2012 a case was registered against KJo and others for the song Radha. Would it come under dictatorship/fascism too? PappuG's liberal momma was in power.

In the same year, two catholic women from Bandra filed a case against Ekta Kapoor for hurting religious sentiments by showing the marriage of two dogs in her film.

There are a lot more instances.

Such shit has always been around due to snowflakes and isn't exclusive to the current regime. But then terms like fascism and dictatorship have become a fashion. 🤣🤣🤣

Lastly, FoE works both ways. If pseudos speak trash and display their massive stupidity, people will obviously counter. However, I don't advocate these baseless cases because the courts have important issues to deal with. Even a minute on these ridiculous cases is a sheer waste of time. 🤢

No one advocates this petty business . It’s just funny 😄 such kind of people always existed . The whole discussion is because a lot of people from many religions do this .

Yes the cast was on “The Kapil Sharma show”, I think Puneet mentioned it and on the same show he talked about being sued too

This happened during the original telecast of Mahabharat on Doordashan. One day Puneet was issued a non bailable warrant along with other actors like the guy who played Karna and B R Chopra for Draupadi’s vastraharan cz someone from Benares filed a case against them.... They had to hire a lawyer...

And thirty years later, recently he again got warrant, he found out the case has been reopened, they again had to hire a lawyer 😛

I think no one needs to be told that they can have opinions . As the saying goes ...everyone has one.

Honestly this case should have been dismissed within a minute. It has no base. 😅

So just because a case has been filed it has become fascism huh? Last year some Christians filed a case against Bharti and Farah Khan for hurting their sentiments in the show. That time I've never seen anyone talking about fascism. So only if Hindus get offended, it's called fascism.
