How's Kartik Aryan successful?

Disclaimer - This is not a post meant to bash him. I am genuinely confused.

To be honest, other than Ranbir and Ranveer, none of the current stars(insider/outsider) have that x-factor nor do they look like star material. There is going to be a huge gap very soon if they don’t find anyone before the Khans finally take an exit from the Hero roles.

I have the same doubt..he has only luck...

Not true. No one can last or succeed with the help of just luck. He must be a very hardworking person with a lot of tenacity, someone like Ayushmaann who is what he is today with a ton of hardwork.

He is cute... Acted in movies that teens and young adults like...

You need to work smart in Bollywood and Kartik Aryan doesn't exhibit that kind of smartness in his work. He's also a bad actor so I wonder what you mean by hardworking? Rajkumar Rao seems hardworking to me

Rajkumar Rao doesn't have the puppy like cuteness that Karthik has... Rajkumar is for grown-ups.. Karthik is for people in naya naya pyar

What has being a good or a bad actor got to do with someone being hardworking? Work is work, the number of hours they put in or the running around they have to do to get that work.

The fact that he is the chosen one amongst the hundreds or thousands of the wannabe actors that show up at the door of Bollywood shows that he must be doing something right. In fact, what exactly do you mean by he doesn’t exhibit ‘that’ kind of smartness in his work? I mean, how are you to determine that? All you can do is have an opinion on his acting talent, other than that I don’t know how you can say with authority about someone’s hard work or lack their of!

Are you not a fan of a woman with mental illness ? trashing someone for your low opinion of that person... is this mark of a person who supports mental health foundation led by ur fav ?

There are enough people who think of Deepika as what you said of Karthik. You have been nothing but mean to a lot of actresses (women enpowerment ...Yay!). You said Kangana had no box office power to begin with ...maybe thats true But, you said this after seeing CHAPAAK opening .... with LEFT wing distributing free tickets. Atleast Kangana has Queen and TWM , TWMR 3 films with above 100cr ...what does superstar Deepika have ?

Oh Btw ! just like Deepika even Kangana has mental issues...it may not be the identical issue but nevertheless an issue.

Why do we even Blame the rich nepo kids for being vapid and mean when normal people are no less. Atleast they are not exposed to anything out of their bubble. What is your excuse ?

He met with an accident just before the shoot for his first movie began... He somehow managed to salvage the situation.. Maybe he talks and networks well...
