Ranbir continues to do the same old ghisa pita coming of age roles, Varun toh god knows what he's doing other than Coolie no 2 so no wonder Kartik has gained so much success recently.

I must say though, that I'm a girl but I really enjoyed the Punchnama series and Pati Patni or Woh, especially his monologues. Yes majority of women are victims but let's face it, his monologues are very applicable in real life, I could literally think of me and my girlfriends being one of those bitchy matlabi girls to the men in our lives 😳

Also, lets not ruin movies just to fit in some "women are victims (which in some cases are)" . Movies do nothing to sway poeple's moral compass or otherwise.

Bollywood reviewers are already shoving down some baseless character arc in the name of redemption.

A bad boy can forever be bad and get away with it. A good man may suffer all his life. Women can be opportunists and use their gender for benefit when it suits them. Men/women can be sexist too.

I hope filmmakers just tell a story and tell it well. No moral policing is required...An average movie goer is already more aware and more moral than our Bollywood preachers.

So, yes i enjoy punchanama, Kabir Singh ...without getting derailed :)
