I think court already said when case is with CBI any FIR should be registered by CBI only then why rhea is filing via police and why police taking the FIR, defo it is bad law...

Yeah, I think after spending a month in jail Rhea thought that this was a great way to gain sympathy from everyone who was part of that complaint against her and her family!

Don't worry, BJP will not gain anything from incarcerating the sisters so CBI will not do anything. Just like NCB didn't do anything against the sisters despite knowing that they were present in parties when Sushant was taking drugs and they were aware of his drug usage. Yet, they only nailed Rhea for 'harbouring a druggie' and wanted 20 years jail term for it.
