FIR by Rhea against SSR sisters is bad in law: CBI

Why?

As a citizen of this country the Constitution of India gives Rhea the same right to protect herself before the law.

His sisters are no one special before law. CBI might have to face the music too.

Why is it bad in law? Her FIR is valid and MP did the ethical thing which was to pass the FIR to CBI. So why is it not valid?

It kinda looks like they are protecting the family now. Thats why it's been a month since the FIR was filed by Rhea and yet, CBI did nothing!

CBI again proves, who they really work for. This is the strongest evidence of an "Abetment to Suicide". It can't get stronger than this.

The sisters can breathe easy, CBI won't even bother going in this direction but CBI, if you would just do your job of investigating and leave the good/bad law to the Court's, that would be great.

Not everyone is blind and supporting criminals like Meme Police 😃

Doesn't seem to be fake news as this is reported by Ndtv - atleast they covered it.

Blame it on Bihar elections now😉 , earlier Rhea's jail time was subjected to Bihar elections but she got bail before that , so that theory literally failed.Now CBI can be blamed😆

Andhadun is happening! On second thoughts, Rhea should have waited for the Bihar elections to be over before this response.

CBI also stated, "The complaint filed by Rhea Chakraborty is mostly speculative in nature & such speculation can't be made the basis of an FIR."
