In real life such people get expelled from school and colleges for history of anger and violence. These people are blocked from hotels too. I have seen many such men creating problems for their families.

Yep they are losers in the real sense of the word... but many are delusional and KS caters to their delusions about themselves!

I know of boys who behaved like Kabir in college (to some extent, I doubt even they were hard drug addicts 🙃) but they harassed girls, beat up boys they didn’t like, intimidated everyone etc... and none of them amounted to much! Most of these boys didn’t even make it to university, as they were THROWN OUT of what Indians would call “junior college” with horrible references and “passable” grades at best...

Medicine toh bohot, BOHOT door ki baat, the real life Kabir Singhs I know are now struggling to get any job at all...

The toppers irl are the mature, level headed ones who put in lots of consistent hard work into it!

But even in this aspect, ks err... loved everybody and anybody including prostitutes. And the guy doesn't believe in protection, so he is a chalta phirta disease machine. It is good thing he is a doctor he may cure some of the diseases he and his 'lover' would get but not all are curable. So Raj would be a better option. Kabir is definitely not worth the sau tarah ke rog.
