But what do you guys think? Do you think Preeti should have married a guy who didn't think twice before dumping her? And that too without a concrete reason?

I thought the same when I watched the ridiculous movie...

One of the worst Bollywood films I have seen. Cringeworthy and tacky.

he didn’t dump her they both decided to not to get married.

They both did not decide.. he took the decision, pledged I front of his mother, then went to her home to inform her and she agreed because she hardly had anything to say in the whole movie

Oh, now I remember. I have watched this 😆

Watched this movie long ago on Doordarshan when I had nothing else to watch. Otherwise couldn't have endured this sanskari torture. I don't even remember this aspect of the film. Too much sanskar sanskar was happening. The story and characters of this film were taken from a fairy tale. Women of these type of families don't have power to take important decisions, their families take decisions from them.

I would marry him and then make his life a living hell.

Given how Preeti basically speaks in whispers throughout the film, it only made sense that she got married to sanskari Prem and is cool with how he dumped her previously for his family.

What Prem did was wrong. He was engaged to her, can you imagine how crushed one would feel if their fiance who they love very much dump them like that for some stupid reason?? 😡

God knows what Vivek-Sadhna leaving the house has to do with Prem-Preeti's marriage. If Prem didnt want to Preeti to take Sadhna bhabi's place, they could have moved to their own little house away from all the drama of their deluxe sized joint family 😵. That would have been a good lesson for Mamta actually as that way she would not get to see the face of her priye putra Prem 😆

But Suraj Barjatya ka film hain Bhai. Yahan logic thodi chalta hain....🤔
