In Krrish series, did Nisha rape Rohit?

In Krrish series, we saw at the end of Koi Mil Gaya that Hrithik got his powers back from Jadoo. He became a super intelligent genius, but he still had an innocence of a child. His way of talking, personality and demeanor was still of a mentally challenged person like we saw in Krrish and Krrish 3.

So, doesn't that still make him emotionally immature and someone who is incapable of giving consent for sex? We have children in real world who are geniuses and have more knowledge than us adults. But still they can't give consent to sex because maturity is not something which you can get by gaining all the knowledge from books all over the world. Rohit was emotionally immature even after becoming a genius. He couldn't see through the lies and deception of people and due to this, he still suffered in his life even after becoming a genius.

So how can Rohit give consent to have sex with Nisha? He can't, but they still had sex and it's proof was Krishna. Doesn't that....kind of....makes Nisha a.... rapist?

Well, its for a professional to decide if a (depends on the case) mentally ill/challenged person can get married or have relationships. Plus, even if a man has mental retardation/ Asperger's/schizophrenic, they still have sexual needs, so...

Mentally challenged people marry and have children- but in his case his IQ is genius level so he wouldn't legally considered mentally challenged. By the end of KMG he doesn't have a lot of emotional experience as an adult and he is innocent but he's also obviously sexually interested and in love. In terms of innocence he's probably not that much more innocent than some overly protected young bride.

The more concerning issue is that his life is so tragic. He gets a few (if that) years of happiness until Nisha dies and he's kidnapped and tortured for 25 or so years. He gets his son and mother back for a short while and then dies. If there must be a Krrish 4 then they better fix this Rohit mess. 🥱

He was old enough to fall in love.. He was old enough to be jealous at the idea of Nisha marrying someone else.. he was old enough to confess his feelings in front of Nisha's parents... he was old enough to want a kiss from Nisha..

His intelligence after being given the powers meant he was fully capable of understanding sex and consent too..
