Just today there was a CBI raid on an opposition party leader in Karnataka, based on information passed on by BJP. Why? There are no corrupt people in BJP? Why no raids on them? Yes, BJP, CBI and NCB will not suffer a loss if everyone of these is innocent. Why? Because they have nothing to lose! They are only being kept in custody to keep masses happy and to give an impression that some serious investigation is happening, when in fact, there is none.

This site is free from bots. At one point everyone demanded justice but now they have moved on. including general public.

The govt. has the power to lock-up anyone without proper justification. And they are using this to please people in light of the Bihar election.

But government can use this power in the case of preventive dentention. A prevention dentention is used in the only four cases.

• security of state
• maintenance of public order
• maintenance of supplies and essential services and defense.
• foreign affairs or security of India

Rhea has not done any of the above so she can not stay in judicial custody for a long time. If NCB cannot proof anything she will get bail from court.

Court does not works on emotions. You need proofs.
