What to do if a member is constantly stalking me?

I need little bit of help.

I feel one member is constantly stalking me on IF.Whatever I post this person is always first to leave a negative comment.

What shall I do?

I am finding this obsession a bit creepy.

Yeah take screenshots and then compile them...send them to admin. I'm sure that member will be banned or at worst, face a warning.
