The law only says you have to be the admin of a group where illegal activity happens once in only to be held liable. A drug peddler was part of the group. But there was no drug procuring going on. 🤣

😆 I do think Deepika got unlucky here and was singled out cuz obviously they ALL do drugs, who are we even kidding. But I can't believe she was able to convince them that "hash" above is referring to a cigarette. Hash, not weed .... they're clearly talking about hashish. Hashish=hash for short, according to google but let's just go with Deepika's semantics. NCB accepted it, we probably should too.😆

you don’t need to believe me but Time Now has exposed one chat that’s what we are going with. Officials didn’t say they have more chats so that’s what we are going with. If Times Now have more chats then what are they waiting to expose like the first one? Sources are so believable but when it comes to stuff like “Sushant was a drug addict” then they are no longer believable and we need facts

Those aren't sources those are accused saying that dear to save their own you know what. The same way you are trying to save Deepika's.

And she as an admin will hold more liability. This just talks about liability of admins for offensive content. But it also applied to illegal activity. Smart Deepika leaving written trails. 👏

Considering this issue, directives are being issued to social media groups, WhatsApp and Facebook group administrators and members, the order said.

There are over 200 million WhatsApp users in India.

It directed that social media group administrators should be ready to bear the responsibility and ownership of the groups.

The administrator must include only those members who are personally known to him or her.

If any statement is made by a group member which is fake, can cause religious disharmony, or rumour, the group admin must deny it on the group and remove the member from the group, the order said.

“In the event of inaction from the group admin, he or she will be considered guilty and action will be taken against the group admin,” it said.

I am not avoiding the point. The articles I posted quoted times now which had access to the NCB's findings. What you are quoting are statements by accused to save their own blank? How much credibility can they have? You are dodging my point my dear.

NCB was forced to accept it coz they have no choice. Everybody knows DP is lying about it , but, what else can they do abt it???? They have no proof, no evidance ..... just a stupid WhatsApp chat. If anything, it’s the NCB that became a laughing stock by leaking the DP summons to their media. Navika has the summon date, even has the info about the questions they were going to ask Deepika. Then ofcourse, DP and her manager got two full days to aaraam se consult lawyers and match their statements by saying that hash=cigarette. What else can the NCB do but to let her go?

Sorry I don't know who Navika is. But isn't that what I'm saying? I'm truly amazed at how she wormed out of it with a lie so ridiculous and laughable it's almost good.😆 She knows it's a lie, we know it's a lie, and they know it's one big fat lie.😆 Of course Deepika and her lawyers played NCB big time.
