. As per the Republic's report, the group was owned and formed by Jaya Saha. The report by Republic claimed that the name of the group was 'DP+KA+KWAN.'

When did any of the channel EVER claimed something else but cannabis was discussed in these chats and where is the proof?

No I said she was admin of a group chat which entailed the procuring of drugs. As admin you hold more legal liability if anything illegal goes on. It does not matter what the group was created for. Illegal activity went on it. Show me where I said at the group was created to procure drugs. I said she was an admin of a group where illegal drug procuring was going on. YOU are the one which was making stuff up. But I have heard that it was made for drug procuring. I can't find written evidence that other drugs were being discussed. But here is proof of the group chat being made for drugs exchange.

Yes let people save her behind now where they can. The group wasn't made specifically for procuring drugs. The law only says you have to be the admin of a group where illegal activity happens once in only to be held liable. A drug peddler was part of the group. But there was no drug procuring going on. 🤣

Lol Please stop with your bogus sources. NCB has only one chat and it’s the maal one. They couldn’t keep DP in custody hence they have seized her phone and looking for “evidences” in her credit card statements. You mean to tell me Time NOW which exposed the first chats cannot expose the rest? Please. They have nothing yet.

As per NCB, they are still investigating and DP is not even an accused for that matter.

I gave you a source showing multiple drug chats and the group was created for drugs exchange. But because you say it was one chat only I will believe it was one chat only. Even though the group included a drug peddler. 🤣

BTW. The law says the illegal activity only has to happen once in a group you are admin of. Smart Deepika for leaving a written trail of her kartoote. That is HR 101. Every supervisor teaches you not to leave written trails regarding work. She left one regarding work and drugs.
