people talking about instances of "fake" cases of the past.. what makes a case a "fake" case? if the girl can't prove it and give evidence does that mean she was lying?

or does the accused having more power to hire lawyers and PR to besmirch the reputation of the accuser and settling it out of court makes the case a "fake case"?

Very very tricky and very difficult to prove.. Specially after a considerable time lapse.

Also the accused can always say it was consensual and the woman agreed for a favour.. which is also wrong btw.

I wouldnt take any side here
