I watched it, here is my review

plus points- the performances by Alia and Sanjay dutt were strong, their performances are the highlight of the film. Both of them gave their characters the right emotions and their scenes together were really sweet, both of them work together very well

minus points- the movie was too slow and started to become boring, and the guruji angle just did not work for the film. It would have been better if the film had a simple storyline about love and loss, rather than making it into a thriller.

overall, it is not a terrible film, It’s watchable, but the screenplay is weak. They made the right decision to release it on OTT, because it would not have worked in the theatres


I guess alia did this film to fulfill a wish of working with her dad, but she shouldn't work with him again, she should stick to strong directors and scripts

This Sonup of Bollywood wala should again see original sadak

some of the scenes in the lastest sadak are from the original version like ARK banging head, Sanjay having suicidal tendencies, Alia calling herself paagal and behaving in a weird way, the owl cage carried by ARK

Mahesh bhatts style is outdated in today's time, it worked in the 80s and 90s but it doesn't work now, many directors have the same problem where they are not able to adapt their style for modern times
