Just saw the messages Pithani shared that are supposedly from OP Singh. He sounds like a typical Indian parent lol.

I feel the family is going to come under alot of scrutiny now, which is why they thought comprehensively before filing the FIR. They knew they're going to be blamed as well, for not being there during need but did it to have justice for Sushant anyways.

I hope people don't criticize the family entirely though, because Shweta clearly asked Sushant to come to US and be w her.

even Ankita and Smita said how they had planned to go to Chandigarh with Rani Di, but last moment he refused.....which was weird since he never refused anything to Rani Di......

so maybe they tried their best, but didnt know they will actually physically loose him.......they probably thought, he will distance some more but at least be alive..........cause no-one wants to think of anyone as a potential murderer........

Last week, Sushant’s father KK Singh filed an FIR against Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her family for abetment to suicide. Sanjay Kumar Singh, inspector general, central range, revealed that an FIR was lodged at the Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna against Rhea and her family including Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, Shruti Modi, Showik Chakraborty and others. It was filed under Sections 341, 342, 380, 406,420, 306 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Mumbai Police has recorded statements of over 40 people including Aditya Chopra, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Mahesh Bhatt, Rhea Chakraborty, among others in relation to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

Bihar Police is carrying out an independent investigation after FIR was filed.

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death probe is becoming murkier by the day. The Dil Becharaactor passed away more than a month ago. He died on June 14 and was found hanging in his Bandra apartment. Now, the late actor's father KK Singh has claimed they tried to alert Mumbai Police in February that their son's life was in danger. But the officials have dismissed his claims.

In a press conference on Monday, August 3, Mumbai Police rejected the claims made by KK Singh and said that no written complaint was addressed to Bandra Police Station on February 25.

However, Mumbai Police revealed that OP Singh, an IPS officer, and Sushant's brother-in-law, had messaged to then DCP Zone 9 regarding this matter. The DCP Zone 9 had asked to file a written complaint that was mandatory for them to carry out any action. OP Singh wanted the matter to be resolved informally after being told by DCP Zone 9 that was not possible.

KK Singh claimed that Bandra Police did not act on the alleged complaint that there was a threat to his son's life. He also stated that the accused are on the run and the victims are being labelled as the conspirators.

It's been over a month now since Mumbai Police began investigating his death and recorded over 40 statements. After an FIR for abetment to suicide was filed against Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her family by Sushant's father Krishna Kumar Singh, Bihar Police has been carrying out an independent investigation.

The Mumbai Police further said, "Bihar police has no jurisdiction to investigate this case, we are seeking legal opinion on that. We have not given clean chit to anyone, but the complainant [referring to KK Singh's complaint] has not come to us."

"We have no role in quarantining any officer, it's the BMC that has acted on it," they said.

Most likely not responding. He was cut off from the family for a bit as per report.

Pithani guy needs to be asked questions. He seems to have all the answers.

No wonder he ran away from interview.

Only shady guilty fckers run away from truth.

Same goes for Rhea.She wouldn’t be lawyering up if she had nothing to hide. And the family wouldn’t even be filing a case if she was any good.

Exactly and the content of the message makes you believe how angry he was with the way SUshant was handling his life. Something that he has never done before and that could be understood from what he has sent to the DCP. Well they surely did not have an idea of what was going on with him mentally. But knowing him since last 33 years , they knew this was something that they have never seen him doing.This was just after their visit in Mumbai . I remember seeing their pics , I was surprised why are they meeting at a restaurant then. Now I understand.

The whole thing is making my head spin. There are a few things which are profoundly clear now:

1. Sushant’s strange bouts started only after 2019

2. His family was alienated from him.

Pithani unintentionally has helped the case against Rhea. Especially the mention of ber family.

This was just after their visit in Mumbai . I remember seeing their pics on a fan page(SSR fan page), I was surprised why are they meeting at a restaurant then and it was not a case of any celebrity whose family dynamics you are not aware off. Sushant was pissing off a fan in me also then. Now I understand.
