Well the time line is pretty significant here.

1) Sushant started going downhill after he started associating with Rea. Sushant was sleeping a lot, Rea and her family were living at his place, had a lot of parties and Sushant would be sleeping through them. At least the above facts are stated by his previous driver and I don't see a reason as to why he would lie. That interview is admissible in court.

2) Also Rea and her brother were appointed as directors in his companies. This has also been verified.

All other rumors and facts don't have any credible sources.

3) Now is there evidence to suggest Rea tried to mess around with his prescription meds for reasons such as weaken his mental stability in order to make him more susceptible to her demands, incapacitate him physically ect.? I don't know. It's hard to prove these points unless there are iron clad evidence such as eye witness accounts, toxicology report post mortem or she, herself acknowledges it. Could the drugs have adversely affected his mental stability even though that might not have been the prime motive of Rea? She might have wanted him to be more susceptible. Not Suicidal. Again we don't know.

If there are ways to prove Point 3) then points 1) and 2) can be pretty incriminating against her at a jury.

She's guilty in the public court for sure. In a court lot more evidence would be needed than what is presented till now.

I haven't seen driver interview but arguments in court are lot more nuanced. Leading questions ie questions leading to a certain answer which the questioner wants to hear are restricted in testimonies because the way a question is asked can majorly influence the answers. Cross-examination of witnesses may provide a fuller picture. Witnesses don't lie generally under oath but influencing witnesses to say what can build a certain narrative is how a case is made.

Becoming a director of a newly formed company doesn't prove much. Forgery, fraud can probably be proven most easily if they can prove money was put in Rheas account. Abetment to suicide is a hard thing to prove even then since Sushant wouldn't commit suicide for 15 crores.

She could be guilty of many things or she could be stuck in wrong place wrong time.

I was also struck to that point but her actions are speaking for themselves. So can't help but see her in negative light

The attorney said if she messed with his mental state in anyway and that is what lead him to suicide than she is responsible for the murder. It was like you get someone drunk and they run into a car walking you are responsible. It is not even abetment to suicide. But only the FIR states than and the string operation done on his trainer helps.

I also have huge doubt that she wasn't alone. I strongly feel the Bhatts or someone more powerful were involved. She dates Aditya and others they never reported being in depression or taking weird medication. Was she sent do mess with him?
