I don't think the family is wrongly accusing her. From their point of view it is 100 percent right. I don't think his family can be blamed as well for putting FIR against Rhea. They don't know Rhea and they lost a precious gem. But his family also don't know what transpired between Rhea and Sushant. Most of the FIR is circumstantial and based on what they think is the cause and not the actual cause. This is an alternate version of what could have transpired.

If he was actually depressed she was clearly not helping him by doing so

No I won't stand by Rhea and I only stand by his family and his bff who Sushant loved with all his heart.

I was replying to this line of yours-

And as for truth in India , well Salman wasn't jailed , Sooraj Pancholi is still out free ...Rhea will get away too. The girl who cannot even pay her brother's tuition fees , has hired one of India's most expensive lawyer and she will happily walk free too.

Yes, she could be innocent or guilty.

I dislike how people are jumping to conclusions based on all these articles / pictures / videos coming out. Before passing their opinions, have these people even verfiied the source of their opinion?

Just because the majority of the population believes in a theory, it doesn't mean it is right or they are correct.

And Sushant didn't love Rhea that you choose to not stand by her? Regardless, it's up to you. I was speaking for myself when I said, how can one claim to love a man when one does not respect the woman he loved and does not give her the benefit of doubt at least till the investigation is still on?

As far as Rhea's brother's fees being paid by Sushant. You have no idea what transpired between them. Sushant may have insisted that he would help her out. Or Rhea and Sushant may have had some financial understanding of who spends on what etc. Speaking from personal experience, if you look at my partner's phone, all the digital transactions done were from that phone, as I am more of a cash person. So I would take care of other things where we need to use cash. But if you were to only look at my partner's phone, you would think I am exploiting my partner. This is why I insist we look at the whole picture, not just a part which is suggestive of the truth, but is not the whole truth.

I know most Indian parents think their DIL is behind their son's money and making his life hell. But Sush family ain't like these families. Biggest proof is their relation with Ankita. He is dead but his family is still connected to her. This says a lot about his family. Did you see his father's house in Patna? The house is so simple. His son was earning crores. Yet the man lived in such a simple house. Sush family is an ordinary middle class family with moral values. They will get nothing by framing Rhea. If they have filed an FIR against her after a month of his death then there sure must be some truth to it.
