Yes there is nothing fishy about Rhea hiring one of India's most expensive lawyer.

I am sure family has some evidence to file FIR against Rhea. Earlier I thought may be it's TRP garning media trial against Rhea as all are emotional and unable to accept his death. But with new findings, it's not simple case of Suicide. Considering that, if Rhea is innocent then following make one believe otherwise.

Few red flags :

- She fired his bodyguard, changed his CA, replaced house helps n staff. Why? What was the need ? This is glaring. Even Disha Salian was hired by Rhea.

- Sushant's trainer in sting operation clearly mentioned, everything changed when Rhea came to his life. He was taking medications he wasn't sure of and that was making his weaker physically and mentally. Trainer asked Sushant to discontinue medication but only Rhea had final say.

-Sushant's sisters had direct interactions with Rhea on several occasions. If Rhea is innocent , then she has nothing to hide - Why is she scared of being investigated by Bihar police and even CBI(as she asked earlier) - It shouldn't matter to her whoever investigate if her heart is clear.

- What would Sushant's family gain by framing Rhea? Just plain vengeance ? Why one thinks Bihar police would support Sushant's family ? I do think they want to know truth and family has right to know.

- It is clear now that Rhea n her family was using Sushant's finances. As she was in live in, it is understood but family seems to be living off him. Setting up company on Rhea n his brother name , transfer of 15 cr , Rhea needs to come clear on these - Nothing wrong in looking into these if she can come clear on these.

- One of sisters arrived to take Sushant with her to Chandigarh , all tickets were booked, bags packed. Sushant confided he couldn't go at last moment. There is accusation that Rhea was blackmailing Sushant, this statement is recorded by sister.

- As it came out, She took Sushant medical reports with her before leaving. She should have actually handed those over to his sister so there is no hindrance in his medical treatment unless she has fear of being exposed.

- Several reports and statements reveal how Rhea controlled Sushant's finances , life and won't let his family near. Why? What vested interest would family has from Sushant other than his well being.

- Not sure how true, there is accusation by previous domestic help about Rhea performing black magic with help of some tantrik -. Also Sushant's sister Meetu recorded this statement with police and it seems official.

- Rhea hiring most expensive lawyer. He charges 10 lakh + per day. She has right to defend herself. But struggling actress with normal family background having that kind of money. I m sure these big lawyers don't take anyone's case easily. There must be recommendations and some contacts helping her. This is Bollywood , I didn't see many support Karan Johar but somehow Rhea is getting indirect support from Bollywood.Is there any underworld link ??

There are lot of red flags and these must be investigation. Definitely CBI inquiry is needed. I understand , Rhea might be terrified but if she is innocent , she should have nothing to be scared of and infact should support investigation to come out clean.

She might be a monster too. And there is an investigation underway. So we will find out as more truth emerges. The least we can do is hear both sides.

And regarding the lawyer, the other side hired a high profile lawyer too. If she has the means to do so, why wouldn't she hire a high profile lawyer?

She may or may not be guilty but I can’t forgive and forget what she did when SSR died.

She didn’t give any statement to stop mudslinging of her dead bf by her mentor.

And if she isn't and yet gets away Scot free?

Too many possibilities.. I don't know whether Rhea is guilty of not.. however, Sushant's family had all the right to lodge a complain if they think he was wronged by someone.. the rest I will decide once police investigation is over..

Yup Sushant's family has the right to investigate which they are using. She can be guilty of everything said. But if her version is true its a sad irony.

I know most Indian parents think their DIL is behind their son's money and making his life hell. But Sush family ain't like these families. Biggest proof is their relation with Ankita. He is dead but his family is still connected to her. This says a lot about his family. Did you see his father's house in Patna? The house is so simple. His son was earning crores. Yet the man lived in such a simple house. Sush family is an ordinary middle class family with moral values. They will get nothing by framing Rhea. If they have filed an FIR against her after a month of his death then there sure must be some truth to it.

Hypothetically if this happened within an year of dating Ankita, Ankita also would be under the radar. I am not saying they are framing Rhea knowingly. Just saying could be a case where family thinks something but the truth is something else. Hopefully truth prevails whatever the outcome.

I don't think I can argue for Rhea that much since I am not her lawyer and its time consuming. But all the things which have come out till now are only media bites. Scratch a little beneath the surface and many don't stand much ground. I understand how people have such strong reactions against her given all that has come in news. Hopefully truth prevails.

the families get involved; blaming never ends. and if there is big money, property, insurance involved...expect it to become the ugliest battle ever.
