Seriously.....How difficult is it for people to understand....If Shahrukh will make a movie for his kid.....its not the Govt's money.....its not a company which has share holders unka money....its Shahrukh ka khud ka money...no he is not answerable to any of u for that.....no one is saying that the nepotism that takes place when people are in Govt jobs...or a profession like a doctor/engineer which can endanger the lives of others is right....its not ....but jo banda 30 saal se mehnat kar raha hai.....why can't he make a movie for his kid.....don't watch it...its that simple....and that is the only thing I am for....

and how is a movie being forced on you....poore saal mein Alia Bhatt ki ek movie aati hai...aur tum logon ko sirf wahi ek movie dekhni hoti hai jissme Alia Bhatt hai....baaki 2000 movies aur aati hain...unhe kaun dekhega....Mat dekho nepo kids ki movie....no producer will put their crores on a loser...how much dear they may be to them..

and the way nepotism ki debate chal rahi hai...it has become so confusing that even the nepo kids are feeling victimized now....😆....Kindergartners ke saamne Macbeth padhne jaisa asar ho raha hai iss debate ka.😆

@Blue Sid Malhotra, Kangana, Kriti Sanon, Ayushman, Karthik, Bhumee, Tapsee, Vaani, Deepika, Kiara, Disha Pathani, Jacqueline, Kriti Kharbanda, Anushka Sharma, Rajkumar Rao, are all still around and getting lead roles in spite of multiple failures.

Nahi...I don't want to see these outsiders ki movies...I will watch Alia and Tiger's movie...just 2 or 3 movies in an year and then cry ki I was forced to watch them....🤣

The problem with this "nepotism is everywhere" ignores the fact that it exists at widely different levels in different industries. It's like saying sexism is everywhere, right, but as a woman, would you rather live in a country like Saudi Arabia or somewhere like Canada?

At least in other industries, you can enter those industries if you have the right qualifications, training, experience. If you prove that you have the prerequisites, you can get opportunities. But in bollywood, you don't have to prove anything to land yourself in a movie if you are a star kid, you don't need any sort of achievement or talent to your name, you'll be promoted like you're the next big superstar. Nepotism breeds mediocrity, this is why there are so many star kids who can't act to save their lives.

LOL people are just being obtuse

SRK using his money to produce movies with his possibly untalented spawns isn't what people are outraged about .. him using his clout with media houses to write articles after articles about how his daughter was so great in her community school theatre performance of Macbeth is what grinds people's gears..

him negotiating with magazines to secure coveted covers for his kids/him colluding with other insiders to gaslight audience into thinking how talented his daughter is even before she debuts/etc etc is what people have problems with..

the defence of these star kids movement is what's getting diluted right now because of irrelevant arguments..
