They don't know anything else but to have a third wheel.
I still feel, if proper writing was done, Ekta could have woven a b'ful story of an adult couple revolving around their kids without Noyna!
Ekta goes around saying she is showing the reality how ppl emotionally cheat after years of marriage but there are others too, who don't cheat and still can have conflicts! Even those stories can be shown.
You binge watched the show so it felt quick for you. But those episodes aired Monday to Thursday and audience had to wait 3 days between before they could watch the next episode on Monday. Also that was just the beginning. Ekta’s old couples would fall in love fast within months of the show starting, but later the shows would slow down and run for years. When I watched KYPH, KTH and KZK’s initial episodes, I was surprised how the lead characters would in love within 1-2 months of episodes when now we see in shows the lead couple take at least take 6 months to a year of episodes just to fall in love in love.
