I just somehow feel , the moment anything comes to light on any biggie who wielded their power to sideline SSR comes out, the pandora's box will open fully and many will speak out.

I feel some are just waiting to get the validation from the law authorities

ok. Let’s say we equate entrance exams and scores to auditions

80/100 is a quantifiable and absolute requirement. If u meet this mark, u get entrance into the college. If u don’t u don’t.

How does one quantify an audition? It’s based on how much producers “liked” someone...their performance, body language, how much they “suited” the role...

say someone who got 40/100 got into college but u didn’t and u got 100/100. Then u can actually present this fact and say “I made the cut, they didn’t ...so where is my justice”

Say someone rejected ur audition coz u didn’t “suit the role” or they “liked someone else better” ...how do u go and counter that?

If the result of an audition Is based on something that can’t be quantified and is subjective, what exactly can u sue filmmakers with if they say they didn’t like ur performance?

You can not on theory of probability alone keep saying that more talent lies in the small pool than the bigger one. There is 1 billion something outsiders in India alone.

People pounce on us for saying this but how many times have people mentioned the quality of good looking actors keep on decreasing. How many times have we said that we either get someone who looks fake/plastic or lets face it ugly??

True in the mathematical sense we cannot prove that someone could have done a film better than Alia in some of her movies. But the fact that she got a Highway after her atrocious performance in SOTY or that Jhanvi got a female centric movie after her beyond mediocre performance Dhadkan. Meanwhile, Illeana had to do flowerpot roles like "Main tera Hero" after her debut in Barfi. Or look at Yami Gautam. How excellent was her debut in Vicky Donor? How much more beautiful is she than Jhanvi or Alia. Numerous people agree even if we say looks are subjective. How come she only got offers from poorer quality directors after her debut with the exception of her movie with Hrithik, where she didn't do much?

But when 75% percent of the people directors are launching are insiders and there are people like Karan Johar actively lobbying to make sure there careers are a success. But that won’t stop anybody from having a bias..insiders who struggled to get into bwood will continue to launch their kids like mr bachan.they will continue to like people they like and prefer them...what exactly can u sue/change abt that?

what u can change is someone bullying someone else which can be proven. Or someone writing malicious gossip. Again, which can be proven by disproving the gossip.
bias will continue to exist whether anybody likes it or not. There is nothing one can do abt people being biased towards ppl they like.
