Why are people "Conviniently FORGETTING" that in Kabir Singh, the male lead did not only slap the female lead. The female lead also slapped the male lead?????
Infact Preeti had slapped Kabir multiple times.
In Kabir Singh the couple were tit for tat kinda couple. And towards the end Kabir had realised his "Fault" and sincerely apologized to Preeti. He took multiple slaps from Preeti while apologizing to her.
Had Kabir been a MCP, he would have snapped and shouted at Preeti, the moment Preeti had slapped him first time.
In Thappad, the male lead was a MCP. He did superiority complex.
Its really unfair to compare both these movies.
Both had a different story and characters.
How on earth can people not see this?
Why do they have to make reference to KS for promoting Thappad???
Have people not done literature in their lives? Where is the basic understanding?
Anyways if the actress of Thappad herself does not understand this or unable to point out difference or understand the characters then what be said about the audience?
