The acting talent though... I don't know which part of India you're from, but do try a Fahd movie or two. Most people would say none of the mainstream BW can match up.

FYI. I don't care much for RK's contemporaries, either, except perhaps Ayushman, and he too is kinda mediocre, but I like his general attitude.

And about attitude ranbir has always been respectful he comes across well behaved simple introvert guy i relate a lot to his personality including him being detached to a lot of thinks or him being deep thinker

And about acting he is really one of the best we have got . No actor has made me connect so deeply to their character as he does. And i find him to be very good looking. Ayushmaan s script sense is nice but he he is not somebody you can call a great actor apart from ranbir bi think Vicky is someone who scores on all the fronts for me atleast acting attitude and i love his smile

North 24 Katham. Fahd is the hero

Kumbalangi Nights. He is the villain.

Start with those and go from there. Both are heartwarming movies.

If you want something hatke, try Super Deluxe. There are others in it, as well.

I agree that RK is the best BW has in that group of mainstream actors (excluding Shahid because he came a few years ahead, and Rajkumar isn't a mainstream hero). What I'm trying to say is RK is not bad (loved him in Rocket Singh and Rockstar), but he looks like Marlon Brando because the rest are worse.

I genuinely feel he is a very good actor. He gets under the skin of the character. He lives the character. He adds nuances.

Enough said.

Bigger picture ? Show is one small sketch skit he did in past 2 years. He is surviving coz of Kapoor surname and his GFs. He has no picture - bigger or smaller or even tv picture

BW hasn't had a decent looking hero since Hrithik. Shaheed at least has even features, but RK? No way. Even his personality by which I assume you mean aura, is mainly due to the last name. Otherwise, he comes across as an entitled, petulant user.

Agree that he is a thespian compared to his contemporaries, but his mediocrity becomes glaring when compared to actual actors like say, a Rajkumar Rao or a Nawaz or a Mohanlal or even a regional contemporary like Fahd Fazil.

Ranbir does have the looks and I'm not his diehard fan or anything, actually very neutral. He has the perfect chocolate boy look. I think he is better if not as good as likes of Rao. Maybe you dont like him idk but he is a great actor for sure.
