I don't think it's about TV. SRK and Vidya are from TV too and nobody has any issue. Karan follows so many TV B-listers on instagram and hangs out with people like Angad Bedi, Aashim Gulati and Priyank Sharma.

He doesnt know how to network and is supremely introverted and also anti social.

Priyank went to Kjo's party directly via Neha Dhupia ....oh well 😝 Never seen him with KJo ever after that.

This topic is even more poignant now.. even for the strongest of people, it does chip away at your self-esteem to face exclusion and not getting acknowledged.. Some insiders claim he had his personal and professional demons due to which no producer in the industry was offering him roles even after chhichore. Things were so bad that he got into depression and sought counselling. Was going through therapy sessions, but I guess it simply wasn't enough. In our Indian society, people with depression are looked down upon, hence it is hushed up. No one wants to talk about it openly. If one does, he/she is made fun of or told to man up blah blah. Depression isn't a joke.
