YRF definitely has a large role to play in his success but till KJO happened SRK was open to working with all directors- Pardes (Subhash Ghai), King uncle, Koyla, Karan Arjun (Rakesh roshan), baazigar, badshah(Abbas Mastan), Dil Se (Mani Ratnam), Aziz Mirza, Ramesh Sippy, Rahul rawail, Mahesh Bhat- he tried to work with pretty much all the top rated directors of the 90s. If SRK is nothing without Yash Raj and Dharma then why both PHs have the biggest hits DDLJ and KKHH starring SRK? Other "bigger" stars who are more than nothing should've given bigger hits than DDLJ and KKHH with Chopras and Johars.

People are happy with their narrative. They forget that YRF and Dharma production weren't in their best phase when SRK and Kajol did these movies with them.

and its NOT just one movie where the BAD PHASE EXCUSE can count, but hammer's career is FULL of majority of chopras and johars productions from start till end of his successful phase.... T

The point is his career was mainly made by these two PHs with similar kinda movies except few, and hammer played VERY SAFE compared to salman and aamir who always took risks with new or unsuccessful directors, or with a number of PHs.

Again When YRF was going thru a bad phase during 00s , Rnbdj happened

Baazigar, Karan Arjun, Devdas, Pardes, Chennai Express, Om Shanti Om, Happy New Year, Koyla, Main Hoon Na, Don etc all were YRF and Dharma movies.

IF runs on false narratives. And the biggest one for SRK haters is that he buys his each and every achievement. Well, only a King can do that so at least the King title is justifiable.

Chopras and Johars were busy with hammer throughout 90s and early 2000s thats why no one got a chance, except for chopras own son or barring just a few films ...before that they gave so many hits like waqt deewar chandni and all those old classics...do a bit of research...

Dont need to write names of the directors with whom hammer did a single film...I said MAJORITY of his biggest hits, not ALL...see the difference... darr ddlj kkhh dtph mohabbatain CDI veer zara KHNH K3G RNBDJ ...his career was made mainly due to these biggest hits from 2 PHs playing always safe ... as I said yash's death and Kjo's disowning him exposed his hukla-geeri well.

OFCOURSE Salman took risks....he was never stuck with one or two PH throughout the major course of his career...

he experimented from been a romantic hero from MPK saajan HAHK in which he EXCELLED to all comedies of DD in which he proven his metal unlike hammer whose comedy just stinks in few films he had done..

Salman proven himself as an action hero as well like a pro in so many movies right from mid 90s veergati till wanted dabangg tiger etc while hammer could not do much in this regard as well except one Don...

If Salman is a decent person and not believe in self projections, buying awards and beating his own trumpet unlike the greedy & desperate srk, does not mean we should discredit him like idiots.
