When did I say shahid acted bad? I am sure he is very good and I loved him in Haider and Vivah...we are talking about box office pull here which unfortunately he isn’t able to gain much in last 17 years which tiger did in less than 5 years

My point was it was a multilayered complex character to play and understand. Thus to enjoy the film one needed more brains than to enjoy any one of Tiger’s full commercial flicks. It also required more talent on the actors part for the film to be successful than any one of Tiger’s films. Shahid has a filmfare best actor award and a filmfare critics best actor award. Does Tiger have that? There are different ways to measure success. Kareena and Aish have had plenty of flops doesn’t take away from the fact their superstars.

Again i am not denying his success....just saying he didn't have any box office pull atleast until KS...not sure about the after affects of it though...maybe launda lapada will idolize him now......Tiger may not be a good actor but he has immense BO pull...that's a proven fact

I don't think he can be called a SuperStar by just one hit...he needs to be consistent like Akki or for that matter even Ranveer.....how can one success overshadow numerous flops that he has had in the past 17 years

bharat took so many days and holidays and is still barely hitting 200cr

kabir singh in mere 6 days is at 120..

BOI has already called it the biggest BB of the year thus far..says it has HIGHEST FOOTFALLS even beating inception..

also lifetime expected to cross URI as well

so bharat is no bench mark..it barely hit 200 in holidays..just 35-40 more than Race 3 and that is not an achievement by any standard..

Kabir Singh will beat all releases thus far to emerge the highest grosser thus far

khans have truly been challenged..and who thought people like ranbir and shahid out of all will go past them..

i can also sense varun going through a panic..3 back to back underperformers..one massive disaster in kalank..which he thought would be the performance of the year..turned out to be the joke of the year..and successes which have barely crossed 120cr mark..and then these boys ranbir..ranveer..vicky..and now shahid all giving such huge hits which crossed 200cr and beyond

Varun is a overrated AF and his BO is a joke. His fans always claim that he has no flops, but his hits arent even clean hits ,just "above average" grossers....and alot of them arent even 100 crore films. Sui Dhaga, October, Dishoom, Badlapur, MTH, SOTY - all finished under 100 crores.

He only has 4 100 cr films. One of them is Dilwale which is Srk-Kajol movie....the other is ABCD-2 which is a franchise....then its Judwaa-2 which we all know why that worked.

Truly, Badri is is only true blue successful fim.
