Just saw John Wick 3 and noticed it is not much different from typical BW masala movies where 1 aging superstar beats up 1000 guys and is invincible with the exceptions only being good action sequences and a decent plot . It did not even need special VFX effects or some great acting so why can’t BW make action movies like that ?

John Wick is from the start presented as a qualified assassin. Thus, there's believability that he can kill numerous people.

SO yeah, good action sequences... and decent plot.

And some hero that is believable . As in, he is training for years in fights and warfare, tactics and so on... so he's qualified to do such things. Or he has been in the army.. and thus knows his way around light and heavy weapons and knows about tactics..

Not any Joe Schmoe becoming super expert overnight.. as you see in some movies..... just cause..revenge.. yaknow..
