Exactly! And ppl here are raising Ananya to same heights as Tiger dat i fear she might fall deep! They're behaving as if she's special like Sara. And Tiger got less than the day 1 collections of Gully Boy. What does BOI and his fans have to say about it? Afterall they keep saying day 1st day shows the superstardom and now how can the best rank holder get less collection on Day 1 than far below, not even worthy of comparison actor?

Is it a surprise dat i already knew Ananya wud end up with Tiger in the end?

After watching a lot of the SOTY 2 interviews, I feel like Ananya has more spark, spontaneity and “pizzazz” than Tara. You can call her a dumb bimbo or mean and nasty but I personally feel like she has a certain appeal. I don’t know why...someone else mentioned it too but Tara’s personality is a big letdown. Her looks lead you to believe she’ll be bold, sassy and opinionated but in reality she’s just bland and boring. I guess that came across on screen too hence the reviews.

She can be bold if she's given the dialogues and character! Also Ananya is prepared for dis while Tara was just picked up for dis film without any proper grooming, i'm sure. I'm shocked dat she's even offered dis film.

Just came back. Movie is timepass overall. Tiger cant act..same expressions in all movies. Aditya Seal is yummy.. I’m suprised.. why have they hidden this dude. He’s so good looking and acts very well. Tara is very very pretty but can’t act very well. Even if her role was okay she could have acted better. Suprise suprise was again Ananya Pandey. I liked her earlier unlike many people who didn’t but boy she’s so good. If i have to compare alia in her first vs ananya in her first. Ananya is like wayyyy better. Shocking right !? but she actually nails her role and can act well. If not karan johar, Chunkey definitely is going to be so happy. Overall time pass movie. One time watch.

Cool down ppl. Dis is just her first film and i'm sure she'll be learning things of this trade very soon. It is even big thing dat she even got dis film.

Exactly. I did like Tara she looked gorgeous but I didn't like the character mia. I wish tara had a nice solo song. The character had no depth, background, no head & no tail. Plus initially she was like villian. The scene where Manav beats Rohan badly, she doesn't do anything and walks away. That was mean.

I noticed theatre audience enjoyed Ananya's scenes the most. She was cute and funny. Her role was better. Tara was just a CSR project for kjo. I wanted to see more of both the girls but full movie wo Indian Jackie Chan ko jhelna pada.

Think of it this way. We didn't like Tara's character right? Then she did her job well. We were obviously supposed to root for Ananya. So it would have gone all to waste if we had supported Tara. Imo she did what she was supposed to.

Id say Ananya is on-par with Sara. There were some scenes where Ananya didn’t even say any lines but conveyed the emotions really well

Coz he missed out on having something related to Madhuri in this movie. What an idiot eh? missed a golden opportunity.

LOL comparing with gully boy which had another a+ list actress and fell on an unofficial holiday boost in theatres is hilarious. Shouldn't the more comparable be BEFIKRE instead?! Shit even that had THE Aditya Chopra directing it but I guess both were trolled, similarly no name recognition actresses. Guess which one opened better eh?
