Like I kept saying she should not have signed so many big projects. She behaved like achhe film banna bandh ho jayenge so signed everything that came her way. Now she speaks about anxiety. Isn't so much of work pressure and that too such big projects make it worse for her? How will she deal with this extra pressure she brought on herself. And yes why is she self-diagnosing. Just go and talk to a professional. With her sister dealing with depression she should know better and be far more comfortable with the idea of seeking professional help than others

Alia better get help, this is how anxiety disorder and depression starts. She has all the signs, reading a book def won't help. She needs to take care of herself , not overwork.

It's good to see a psychologist once in a while . Go for it Alia Bhatt, many of my young friends visit a psychologist often. There is no harm.

If one isnt diagnosed one cant call it depression or anxiety. People often confuse general sadness and nervousness with clinically diagnosed depression and anxiety. She should get it checked and not self diagnose and definitely shouldn't base her feelings on her sister's diagnosis. She's diagnosing herself from reading a book which is dangerous and does more harm than good. Its like those people giving themselves diseases while checking web MD. Go get a checkup done Alia. Therapy is pretty common in high Bolly circles.

Alia putting herself under the bus when asked about Ranbir's problematic behaviour is typical of a doormat. Why does she lack self esteem. While it is possible to be in a loving relationship while being depressed, I hope she takes a long hard look at Ranbir before getting married atleast. For her sake atleast.

Yes!! Saying I'm no less than Ranbir when asked about his problematic past was a big red flag that her self esteem is shot to hell.
