According to a youtube vdo Alia got paid 4 crores for Kalank, Varun got 5 crores, ARK was paid 2 crores and Sona was paid 4 crores, Madhuri 8 crores, Sanju 10 crores ...dont know if those numbers are accurate or not but definitely Aloo does movies for very low rates, no wonder KJo loves her so much. 😆

If KJo ever throws her out of Dharma, she will not get a single offer from other PHs and will have to do her home Production Mahesh Bhatt's Vishesh movies, since she would suck at auditions, having had no practice at all. 😆

Point is except this forum n TRP hungry media - nobody takes Kangana seriously. Neither Bollywood nor the Theatre going audience. Huge words like destroy and all are not taken seriously when said by Kangana because it is impossible and comical. But calling someone spineless, brainless and a puppet of a movie mafia puts a question mark on that person's whole career which eventually happened and many actually were like oh yeah what kangana is saying is right Alia is indeed a puppet..there is nothing wrong in KR's words. Such statements are detrimental than shallow threats she was giving Sonam likewise her saying same 4-5 people keep sleeping with eachother is detrimental when compared to the vile stuff she talks about Rakesh roshan as he is right now unwell n people will empathise with him more than caring what kangana rants about him. So kangana is actually putting a big question mark on Alia's career. She never did that with anyone else. Not even Hrithik. And you know why Alia became an ostrich to those comments? Because even she knows there is truth to it. Hrithik may be a nepo kid but he struggled a lot to reach where he did and no one can discount his career as a gift from so n so..not the case with Alia. Not her fault. She got lucky that karan is so invested in her but the samething is a bane for her. Now even her hardwork (which she does) gets discounted n everything gets credited to karan.

There aren't many examples of Kriti doing Kathak but I found her tribute to Sadhana at an awards show beautiful. She danced gracefully with adah and class. With further training she would've been good in Kalank with Madhuri. Of course no one can replace Madhuri but I thought Kriti's efforts were good and this is just after Dilwale.

That bankable stuff only works for the Khans. They have massive following that no one can quite match that yet.. maybe the two Rans, but it's gonna be a while for them to get there.

Had parineeti or shraddha gotten those opportunities, scripts and the backing of KJO, they would be the same place where Alia is today.

Yeah I agree. I really really like her as an actress. But a lot of the times, true growth comes from struggle. And I'm not referring to just professional growth, but also personal growth. Its hard for me to respect someone who hasn't struggled to prove her mettle.

So I admire Aloo the actress and look forward to her role in the SLB film. But I can't muster much respect for her

This is little off topic but did somebody here mention that AB sr had it easy, didn't had to struggle in the industry bcz he was from a rich family?

I heard it was quite the opposite

He faced a lot of rejection in the beginning bcz of his height and unconventional appearance

He was even rejected by All India Radio and did a small role in his first movie

RK, Bebo, HR are all product of Nepotism, but at least they have some sort of credibility and respect as an artist. That's because they faced failure in their career and no one was backing them per se. I don't think Alia is respected like that even though she's achieved so much in such a little time. It's because she hasn't struggled to get where she has. I bet bolly insiders take a dig at the duo too 😆.

Nepo kid like Imran Khan fizzled out because his mamu wasn't backing him, getting him the best of scripts. I didn't think he was such a bad actor for whatever I have seen of him. He could have improved too given the chance.
