Is Kalank Alia's 'audition tape' for SLB?

Can't help but feel that KJO is trying really hard to prove to SLB that Alia is some classic ethereal beauty fit for Bhansali kinda films. He's trying really hard to give her the Ash vibe with the Nandini kite scene and Jodha Akbar but its looking really forced and unnatural. She really isnt the league of Madhuri, Ash or Deepika who are all grace personified imo. She isn't an all rounder yes she maybe arguably a good actress but so are Bhumi or Taapsee. She is lacking in that X factor that would put in her in a different league altogether. Right now she doesn't have that.

She said i can never play these kinda roles and kjo took that as a challenge. Thr trying to prove she can do similar roles in future.

But I honestly think if Kalank works, Slb's monopoly will finally end.

Maybe Kjo is trying to show SLB, he can do it better 😆.And it is not like SLB never wanted Alia, he was ready to cast her when she could barely a two digit kid.

Alia is doing not 1 but 3 back to back period dramas, after which I am sure she would've had enough of playing such roles...So I doubt she needs SLB to notice her at this point...

Why does she need to "audition" for SLB when KJo is making such "Two movies" for her already! ... 😆 [As far as beauty is concerned, her beauty is versatile enough for her to star in various themed projects .. what more is needed ... 😉]
