I think Mohenjo Daro really did a number on his popularity among audience. The younger audience se emed to have forgotten him. Lets see if Panipat can restore his lost glory.

All KJO needed for Alia to star in a SLB movie was to train her either to sleepwalk through a role or simply demonstrate OTTness.There was no need for him to spend so much money just to prove a point.

Besides is SLB only about larger than life visuals and aesthetics like Devdas and BM or subtleties like a BLACK too? If the answer is both, Alia is already capable of delivering the subtleties required for a movie like Black.

Madhuri is the grace personified. Aishwarya comes a close second but cannot match Madhuri. Deepika to bahut dur hai Ash ki grace se, let alone Madhuri.

It is funny to see Deepika being put in the same bracket as Madhuri and Ash just to bring Alia down. Besides, how did Madhuri became a SLB heroine with a single portrayal of Chandramukhi? By that logic toh even Aditi is a SLB heroine for portraying Mehrunissa in Padmavat. And she looked ethereal too.

Yes I am asking what's so great about him.. Neither his movies are a masterpiece, nor the characters he develope are something pathbreaking.
Being an Alia fan I am so satisfied with her career graph so far( yes, which she achieved only because of Karans support whatever). Ya I wanted to see her in traditional/period movie costumes and that wish will be accomplished through Kalank and Takt..Thats more than enough .. I would love to see her doing movies like a highway or Queen over some costume dramas without any substance.

But but how do u know what alia plans are ? As if u people know her in and out ..😆 if doing a period movie like kalank does look like what u think then madhuri,sanjay,sona,aditya,varun all want to work with slb desperatly let alone alia...😆

So I can't give an opinion because it doesn't matter what I want.. Then I think IF members should stop making topics like "are you satisfied with takt casting" because it doesn't matter if we are satisfied or not.. Or better we should stop making topics at all because our opinions doesn't matter, industry people will only do what they pleases.

thats your opinion.. But can I ask you why do you think so.
My question is simple..What's so great about him that people will spend crores and make a mutistar movie only to serve it as an audition tap to SLB.
