If you look closer he has a lot of wrinkles around his eyes and mouth. He is aging.
But he is aging well. He does have a healthy head of hair which he dies. The good hair genes and the absence of grey make him appear younger.
On the whole, I think he has done well to maintain himself. He hasn't gained a lot of weight. He hasn't become think and weak either. He clearly has good diet and fitness regime to do that. I also think his positive energy and perpetual smile makes him youthful as well.
Look he could have had work done, but I doubt it. Usually getting work done alters the structure of the face a little. Anil's facial structure seems the same to me. But maybe I don't have a discerning enough eye. And some plastic surgeons are indeed wizards. He could have bagged the best of the lot to give him a non discernable treatment.
