Why is it okay for SLB to be rude & shout at his actors? - Page 2

Everyone who worked with Zoya have only good things to say about her. From Ranveer, Alia, PC, Anil, HR..etc.. So don't where you read/heard/ saw news that she is rude and yell at her actors and crews. they all say she is very nuturing never yells very calm and composed. Both Aloo and Ranveer said whenver any actor lead or side made a mistake she would come near them and explain what they did wrong instead of shouting/yelling.

Okay, you probably don't like his films but his passion is definitely evident in the way he makes the films. There are large-scaled films like Bajirao Mastani, GKRRL or Padmaavat in which he makes sure he includes grand, lavish decor and costumes, and even if you watch a movie like Guzaarish (which I personally thought was excellent) even though it's supposed to have a simple setting, he makes sure he makes beautiful sets with particular details to objects in and around the manor that are relevant to the backdrop to enhance the aesthetics. On another note, I feel he's become too commercial since Ram Leela. I miss films like Black or Guzaarish. In that sense I feel these last few films don't have his real passion for the story. I mean BM was also supposed to be a tragedy, but movies like Black or Guzaarish imo left far more impact.

I haven't denied his passion. I have said he gives more attention to cinematographic details than story, characters abd acting 😆

But my point is, is it okay to be so rude towards actors to execute his vision. Is this the only way? There are people who are extremely passionate and positive. Should actors take his BS just becoz the film will be huge?

Of course it's not. True, SLB may be the director of the films but the cast and crew also contribute to the film so they don't have to take the BS. I guess it's just his personality and they tolerate it to avoid media drama or because they are also probably passionate about the film 😆

In Kangana's case, she is rude is not "that" successful as these. Give me a reason, why people should tolerate her.

During sawariya it was reported that sonam locked herself in the vanity van because bhansali was very difficult and anil had to come on set to calm things down. Also he used to shout at Ranbir alot and even threw food on the ground and told him to lick it allegedly. Years later on kwk with ranveer he mentioned in some conversation that i was thrown a shoe,without taking his name. But on aib interview alia's sis boyfriend asked regarding something i cant recall but clearly refereeing to bhansali as not good behaviour . Sonam also recently on film campanion with harsh refered to saawariya time as it was a difficult time' mildly and hardh nodded. With ranvir too, when he was not getting it correct during filming hd shouted yeh kia goo karahe ho'

sure thing, avoid Kangana part coz i don't want deviation from SLB. My intention was not to bring her controversies but her work style. She (may have) said Sonu didn't want to be directed by a female director. Not interested in other controversies. Alia complained about how Gauri Zoya made her cry when SLB had long reputation of doing so. Not just Ranveer, he made Aish Sonam Deepu PC cry. He has extreme anger which shouldn't be forgotten when the movies become hit. Many of his casts & crew memebers get isolated and that process worsen due to his incredible schedule for 6-8 months. I wouldn't be surprised if Deepu's depression accelerated due to his intense pressure.
