Why is it okay for SLB to be rude & shout at his actors?

Ranbir in on record in that AIB video that SLB slapped him, at other places he has mentioned shoe thrown on him and food thrown on ground and asked to lick etc.

But SLB gets big films and big hits so all the fame hungry film stars will tolerate anything he does.

I doubt SLB will have courage to do anything other than shout at Salman, if he does anything derogatory like slapping or shoe throwing Salman will put him in hospital.

So SLB will be slightly tamer in front of salman, all the abusers and bullies tuck their tail when a bigger bully is around.

It is not OK. It never will be.

But if actors choose to work with him despite his abusive behavior, there is nothing we can do. We can advise and counsel them to boycott him. They are grown adults who are choosing to endure him.

I think people tolerate him because he is respected for his work and his rudeness us coming from a good place. Agree nothing succeeds like success. So, who know what happens when he starta delivering duds 😆
