Better Acting: Kareena as Geet or Saif as Langda Tiyagi

Inspired by the other spouse comparison thread.

I don't wanna do the overall acting thread like the other one, because I am an asshole.

So I got there best work (widely regarded, I don't care about those in the internet wants to be different, yes you dumbmuck, buzz off).

I personally cannot choose, it is very difficult, because Geet is so feking epic. IMO the most iconic female character of this millennium, and also the best bit of acting Kareena has ever done.

While Saifu as as Langda Tiyagi was flawless, one of the greatest negative performance ever in Hindi cinema history, wish he had won NA for this and not that dumb Hum Tum, would have been deserved and spared him the mocking.

But since, I am also a sadist, will choose one and go with Saifu as Langda Tiyagi(yeah some may say predictable given my dislike for Bebo, but trust me even if I dislike Bebo, Geet is love, and I adore her, the only 2 hours 35 minutes I ever liked Kareena).
Because Langda Tiyaga was a work of masterful acting. Saifu surpassed everyone in that movie even great actors like Konkona and Ajay. He was so menacing, cunning and at the same time so charismatic, no wonder Ajay wanted to play it.
Kareena was outstanding as Geet, no two doubt about it, but Langda was on another level when it comes to pure acting.

Between Geet and Langda Tyagi is the latter. But between Chameli and Langda Tyagi its the former. Chameli is my favorite Kareena performance. No one from this era can even touch her.

I agree with you. Saif should have won NA for Omkara not Hum Tum.

Hands down Langda Tyagi, what a twisted and malicious character. The way Saif played him with a smile on his face and malice in his eyes. It was close to perfection.

Saif was amazing as Langda. I have never found Kareena to be a good actress even in her so-called good performances like Dev and Chameli she was overrated AF.

I go with actors who entertain me on screen! ... And that would be Kareena's Geet over Saifu ... 🤗

Saifu as Langda Tyagi...he sank into the character with so much glee and was absolutely able to carry off every nuance and subtlety without ever overplaying it. He was brilliant. His best work so far,.

I didn't found Chameli that good tbh, I found her flattering in many moments, failed to convince me that she can play a chawl type prostitute.
But that is me, that one guy in internet who has to have different opinion.
