He didn't say anything wrong. Gharelu is not derogatory in any sense. Homemakers are imo the strongest women out there. Taking care of a house is not a joke. If my mom is not there at home for a day the house really feels empty. And also becomes a mess.
On a side note, any idea yeh pda kab tak chalega? Looks like we have to tolerate this on a routine basis now.
These two act like they are the first in love couple to get married 🤔

But what is there to love or hate about someone being gharelu? 😆

Someone who enjoys being at home, doing household work. Someone who is domestically inclined.

This is a compliment to DP that despite being such a busy professional she has managed to handle her home and husband so well so quickly. Married women will know what I mean better.

Why should the woman do both house n office work n the guy doing only office work?It It absolutely irritating. These days in laws think oh we r so modern by letting the girl work ,but then thopofies all house chores on her too, dare their ladla son enter kitchen.

No woman would dislike if their hubbytakes equal share in house work n takes some load from her. Guys can do house work too they HV hands. I don't think working women have to do all the house chores. It's ridiculously unfair. N the excuse that women can do this women r powerful wonen r nurturing bla bla is an excuse to make them serve more imo. Let women be a normal human being n do only the equal share of work. Why should the woman handle husband n home 😕 the home is his too n he is no baby to be handled. A adult grown man should handle himself

Those who think it's not demeaning, remember the cool girl monologue from gone girl? It's the same thing

Absolutely right. If they were ordinary couple this would apply na. In their case neither of them needs to do housework, they have staff for it. She just likes doing it herself at times as she has said before and he likes that side of her. So he praised it. Nothing too serious in this IMO.

Look i Know he's not making her do chakki pising n pising to make roti in home. It's the way he said it. Made it look like he's the type of guy who likes his wife to cook for him be susheela type.Tiger Shroff was bashed a lot here for saying the same thing .it is the way guys feel an ideal wife must be gharelu is demeaning . Pretty sure dp has many other qualities for him to love but seems like he can not get over how 'gharelu' she is. Subtle misogyny is problematic too.
