what do you think of Ranveer hitting Sara on the back - Page 6

Ranveer has nothing to be jealous of Sara. One might or might not like him, but it is a fact that he is a self-made actor who made thus far because of his talent. So, saying that he is jealous of Sara is ridiculous. Moreover, the statement that Sara is the next superstar is as preposterous as it can be. Sure she got rave reviews for Kedarnath and good reviews for Simmba, yet she still has a long way to go to prove herself as a credible, bankable actor. Establishing herself as the next superstar is a longer journey for Sara.

Then came Aank mare which is a mass fav. She started talking about Karthik and lots of other factors that she is working on to distinguish herself from others. She's smart about her privileges and doesnt rub it in the public's face. Thats why. Good choice careerwise on her part. No wonder Ranveer called her lambi race ki ghodi. She's too new to be called anything actually. I believe in "wait and see" policy...consistency in performance is what works in the long run. The audience wants to see good acting and stories in the end and stardom hardly makes much difference if the film tanks.

The way he started off by saying that he worked 8 long years to earn a Rohit Shetty film and here Sara just waltzed into it. He tried to soften it by talking about her education but it did come across as insecure. Also it was a stupid comparison bcoz his was the titular role whereas hers was the flowerpot heroine but he still seemed Rattled about it. I think the heros will find Sara a bit intimidating. Ranveer is definitely impressed by Sara.. You should see his expressions change when she says something deep or articulate.. or When she uses heavy words like Shiddat and Tehzeeb 😆 U know how they say guys act weird around someone who they actually like.. I think he is just annoying her because she is a bit crack like him and he knows she wont mind. He does treat her like a big bro.. In one interview u can see he was pulling her ear too.. but in a teasing way..
Having said that, he did go overboard sometimes as well.. Like he made fun of her singing.. Initially it was fine, but then he equated that to a bhikari singing in local train or to the likes of dhinchak pooja.. he would sometimes say something mean to her and immediately say just J/K LOL..
After watching all the interviews I am quite unsure now.. in some he is so impressed by her and in some he is a lil mean..

Something the pr team of Simmba came up to create more buzz around Simmba promotions and to get people talking about Sara Ranveer. When the promo interviews first started people were taling about how these two have no chemistry onscreen or ofscreen so it is a very smart pr staregy to make them do something like this to create more buzz. Now people have stopped talking about their lack of chemistry but discssing the hitting even after the movie released.. the pr team did good everyone fell for it.
