I second that. Sara is better in terms of personality and looks. Jhanvi is not too bad , but with her plastic surgeries , she cannot be compared with Sara look wise as latter is natural. She does look appealing when her makeup and dressing is on point.Also Jhanvi has different personality all together, probably bz of her sheltered upbringing , it can make her likable because of sympathy but she has to be confident to be well respected.

Jhanvi or Sara or whoever, PR/sympathy/personality can only take them that far...At the end of the day, its their performances/movies that will speak for them and get them the respect,recognition and the accolades...

She is cute. Considering she is 21 years old and has lived a sheltered life give it some time for her to grow and develop her personality. Everything was given to her on her plate. We cannot continue to compare her to Sara ali only because Sara has lived independently, she was given the chance to go out there and think for herself. They belong to a completely different family.

You are right age plays major role.. Jhanvi is just 21 where Sara is 25.. maturity levels are different.. Jhanvi has to grow up and be independent

Anyway, not sure what acing talent and sceeen presence has to do with leading a sheltered life

This might sound shallow and insensitive but out of all the newcomers Janvi is the least prettiest one and on a visual medium you need to have at least decent looks. Her face looks plastic and weird from some angles.

Moreover, her dialogue delivery and acting suck big time. She can definitely improve no doubt but she just doesn't have that spark. Completely agree with the member who mentioned that if she wasn't Sri's daughter she wouldn't even have made it past the first audition.

Her personality is bland. Not interesting. Humility is a nice characteristic to have. It's not something that draws attention. I saw a little bit of Dhadak. The accent must have been difficult to pull off. But if she were an outsider, she would have to audition and be a lot better than what she was. People wouldn't have been as forgiving and said let's give her another chance. To think she got a biopic afterwards is crazy. Voice quality is not powerful either. I didn't feel a connection to her character. Expression and everything looked very inauthentic and put on.

And she doesn't look natural. She now has the same issue her mom started to have in her 50s. From far away the features were what is considered conventionally attractive, rounder eyes, fuller lips, small nose. But from close up she looks very unnatural and plastic.
