It's called expectations. Someone goes to a Rohit Shetty movie with certain expectations. If they're fulfilled, WOM will be positive.

An SRK movie also carries expectations. That of romance. Unfortunately, he is too old to fit into the loverboy role. Mind you, I'm not saying there can't be a mature love story. But SRK has made zero effort (pun intended) to grow out of that 20-something Raj/Rahul on screen persona.

It is upto SRK to shift audience's expectations. Not the viewers or the reviewers.

Having given by bit on the movie thing, this whole SRK fans this and that is indeed getting a bit much.. Especially now with only a couple currently on forum, people still talk about SRK fans jese baki fans tou yahan antakshri khelte rehte hain😆

Script failed Zero was said by every critic and audience alike lekin if said by SRK fan on the forum, it becomes boo hoo, SRK needs to own up to his failures and his fans always find excuses.. Aray😆 SRK ki ghalti k usne movie select ki without script lekin script buri thi tou thori ghalti tou writer ki bhi hui na but nahi.. SRK fans must agree k he is solely responsible for the failure of his movies😆

They've seen enough success in their lives they have kids time to focus and enjoy their growth and see their success now, He shouldnt be so effected its like normal now, neither should AK be that much affected that they fall into depression that way Salman's attitude is best if it flopped it flopped i'll do better next time move on.

Why would Akshay sabotage anyone's movies? That guy sleeps at 8 and wakes up at 4. Does about 4 movies a year. He has no time for this type of shenanigans 😆

Its because of the trailer and overhype. When zero trailer was released, most people were going gaga over it. And yes, it was a good trailer. Then the promotions were good too, so people expected much more. But when the movie released, it didn't match of the expectations of critics nor audience so both gave negative reviews. The movie was a mess and half baked.

well some fans go on about finding faults in things other than movies and blame audience, government, other actors and so on, obviously you lot will get ridiculed.

There is no such thing as you lot😆 If you wanna ridicule, it should be directed at the person alone

its what fans do.. They try to find leeways for their favs and it is sure as hell not just Shah fans who do that.. I don't say they don't go overboard with it cuz I have been annoyed with that too but even you guys go overboard with the whole Oh ho SRK fans blame everyone but him narration😆

when people talk about fandom, they take it generally. And elim and hereiam aren't the first SRK fans to blame something other than movie related stuff and you also know it.

Now we cannot go around saying in every post that SRK fan(insert the names of fans who say this) are the reason why SRK fans are ridiculed as a whole.

And this isn't just IF, it same every where. In Facebook/Twitter some comment that Indian audience don't deserves SRK as somehow we don't respect him and are jealous of him.
Yes we are jealous of him, aur koi kaam dhandha nahi hai.

Anyways I also ridicule fans of other groups for stuffs like this, so it isn't just SRK fans.

I don't think so...at least not what I have noticed ..For ex,TOH failed, I mean crashed on the third or fourth day, but I haven't seen any conspiracy theories...In fact the fans were the first ones to criticize Aamir for coming up with a dud...

Whereas from the Dilwale time all I have been reading is how the whole world is out there to get SRK...Somehow it was never his fault...And its not just on this forum...I got to read some of the comments on the Youtube of Simmba videos and there also there were quite a few conspiracy theories about KJo being SRK's friend has backstabbed him, etc...I mean such bizarre theories that its embarrassing to even repeat...
