Simmba Review thread - Page 101

Just back from Simba. Its running to packed houses at the place I stay!
The trailer did not really do justice to Ranveer but he totally owned the film. I am not a fan of masala films but had to watch this one for him. I went with very low expectations and must say I was not disappointed.It was totally a paisa vasool film inspite of having a very cliche storyline.
Singham Ajay's entry was one of the best entry scenes I have seen.So much that inspite of not being an Ajay or singham fan I clapped and whistled 😆

Finally I am so happy for Ranveer!! He is slowly and steadily moving towards Superstardom. I hope he continues the momentum with his upcoming films
When I first saw him in BBB I knew he would be a star and I am glad I was right. My friends made fun of me for being his fan back in 2011-2012. They did not understand what was it about him but now I am sure they do 😳

I mean, I was just hoping Simmba would be a HIT because I was so tired of (what I believe are) unfair criticisms about his acting and success. But this result? Better than my wildest dreams!

It is so crazy, but I feel like crying with happiness for Ranveer. I obviously don't know him and he has no idea I exist 😆, but it's like when you just KNOW your friend/sibling/child has so much potential, but nobody sees it. And then...POW!! Suddenly the world understands what you've been seeing all along!

Can I just say that Simmba's shy, innocent side is THE cutest thing for a man I have seen on screen in a long long while. Then he becomes a totally hot tough cop and I was done for.

Mala Laaj Vatate (correct me if needed) was just so Cute!!!!!!!!!!😃

So if it does 30+ crores today then it's definitely going to go beyond 200 cr lifetime right?
