It was an open ending, left to viewers' interpretations with some glaring hints.
The half-blind rabbit (that's why a close-up was shown) was a metaphor for Ayushmann's character and that implies that Ayushmann could see with his one eye. This is just one theory because a rabbit was carved on that stick used in the final scene.
In the last scene when he kicked a can out of his way with that stick then immediately one can realise that he could see. But he pretended to be full-blind because he wanted to come out of the mess by fighting Tabu & her BF and even staged the '1cr drama' with that trio(autowala,lady,doctor).
The most interesting question is suppose if he wasn't blind at all when did he get his vision back.
But if he's partially blind that doesn't explain the part where Ayushmann was standing by the roadside and getting almost bludgeoned to death by Tabu's car in the pre-climax.
Perhaps, Tanu didn't die in the accident, took him to London, helped him get a cornea transplant . Or maybe, he agreed to the doctor's deal and took her cornea and his vision returned. In that case, maybe, he cooked up the flashback and lied to Radhika.
Anyhow the open ending with multiple theories makes it more intriguing and I don't mind a sequel from the filmmaker that provides the answers 😛.
