The Clues left are very ambiguous.
My opinion says,
Tabu did die in the end. The Dr. And Ayushman sold her organs. Through the money ayushman got the eye transplant done and settled abroad.
The eyes can't be Tabu's as she had very rare blood group as mentioned in the film.
Very theories said, Murali donated his eyes. Which is also partially wrong , as organs needed to be transplanted within few hours.
