I follow some of the popular accounts who does paid tweets occasionally like when kzk premiere happened etc . They are tweeting about this as well .
This is paid definitely, dunno can be on fans part as well

I saw a fan being disappointed at her team for this trend.

I don't want to be negative on their wedding day but these two are just such huge attention seekers! Crossing limits now of trying to milk the wedding for publicity.

^^ same as there's no need once pics are out , internet's gonna explode with their names trending everywhere . So dp doesn't need to do all these things on her wedding day got better things to focus on .

Over enthusiastic fanclubs? Cuz FCs do that.. I have been annoyed by SRK FCs doings quite a few time😆

If the hashtag is not paid journalists and media accounts don't wish using weird hastags coined by FCs and they don't post at the same time. The easiest way to get a hashtag trended is when 20-30 people from media accounts tweet links with that certain hashtag.

Anyway, paid trend or not... congratulations aur wishes toh banta hi hai... Wishing them a happy married life. Ranveer seems like the type of guy who likes to do anything to keep his companion happy.
