Im just scared the next film he will sign is YrF. Not sure about a biopic again. 83 is not a biopic but still he will play kapil dev so it would be too much

meghna seems like a strong director, so that is a big plus point for the film, ranveer has said that he wud like to play an army officer next, anyway i dont think this movie is happening rite now, meghna and ranveer are both busy with other films

As much as I love them together on screen, I hope they cut back on working with each other for atleast 2-3 years esp Deepika since she hasn't worked with a lot of new gen actors. They were last seen together onscreen in 2015. I dunno how much longer we will have to wait to see them onscreen again

But atleast I can take solace in their real life sightings as a married couple❤️

Ranveer in an interview said that his dream role is to play an army officer. If he really liked the script he would definitely do this film. Yay!!

No idea. I was expecting the Maneesh film to be his next one after 1983 since those were the strongest rumours doing rounds after Padmaavat. I thought the Kjo film rumours were bullshit moreso when Kjo refuted it on twitter. So lets see, maybe there is another surprise announcement in his lineup.

He will be done with shooting Takht by mid 2020. I am certain he will be announcing another film soon enough.

He was linked to a Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra film, Dhoom 4 and Immortals of Meluha apart from the films already mentioned in this thread.

SLB not announcing his next yet also has me intrigued.

there are lots of rumours about films rs is doing, we really dont know wat he will do next until its confirmed, there were strong rumours about him doing the arjun reddy film and the director even spoke about rs being thier strongest choice, then it didn't happen, so we never really know wat film an actor will do unless its completely confirmed

I think his spokesperson denied the news of him doing Singh is King sequel. If Maneesh is in his BBB form (not hisFan form. Did not like Fan at all) I'm all for him doing Maneesh's next. BBB is one of my all time fave rom-coms. And DP and RS starring in a frothy urban rom-com is a wish of mine as well. Ranveer has this knack of saying yes to every crappy script offered to him by YRF, but hope Maneesh's next is a good script. Doom 4 is also on my wishlist for him.

But he is working so hard. Hope he take a long break before 83 shooting and Gully boy promotions. He deserve it.
